Case Study
Sectional valve block for a compact wheel loader
A six-section mobile control valve configured for lift, tilt, steering priority and auxiliary attachment flow.
Project Details
Project Overview
Scope. Hydraulic distribution for a compact wheel loader with lift, tilt, steering priority and two auxiliary circuits.
Requirements
- Six sections, rated flow 160 L/min
- Load sensing with steering priority
- Manual actuation with cable operation for the auxiliary sections
- Integrated relief and anti-cavitation valves
Approach
The circuit was laid out from the machine's function diagram, then the section order and port positions were fixed to match the existing hose routing. Spool characteristics were selected so lift and tilt respond predictably at low engine speed.
Result
The block fits the existing mounting points without hose rework, and the auxiliary sections can be extended later by adding sections to the same family.
